So today was awesome. We did 4 programs in all the first 3 were at schools and the last one was in the street. At the last program a woman came up for prayer and started crying as she held her 6 month old baby. She was 2 months behind on rent because the father left her with the baby and she also had 2 other kids. She said they were going to take her house if she didn't come up with the money. It's $50 a month for rent. She owed a hundred.
Once we were on the bus we took up an offering and collected $205. She was crying as we handed it to her and she couldn't believe we wanted to help. Today we met a need not to make the woman feel obligated to come to church but to share Gods love.
God has put so many ideas in my heart to meet the needs of the people here. If you are aware of my wanting to start a company before I left to contribute to the poor well there's so much more to just an idea now. I have been talking to the missionaries here and it's something that is going to and must happen.
The kids here are so awesome! There is a slight difference between honduras and el salvador but the needs are the same. Keep praying please!
